RULES FOR SUBMISSION OF PAPERS

• these rules are developed JSC "Kazakh medical University of continuing education" according to the Interstate standard GOST 7.89-2005 the ORIGINAL TEXT, COPYRIGHT AND PUBLISHING, guidelines prepared under the editorship of the Association of scientific editors and Publishers. Prepare the article in accordance with the rules of registration.

Submitted material must be original and not published previously in other publications.

Definition of authorship. The authors of the article may be persons who have made a significant contribution to the work, its completion or correction, final approval for publication, as well as responsible for the integrity of all parts of the manuscript. Persons who played a different role in the preparation of the article may be listed in the section of the article "Gratitude". REQUIREMENTS TO THE TEXT DESIGN FOR AUTHORS OF THE JOURNAL “AGIUV Herald”

Scientific articles containing the results of completed research in recent years, on topical issues for the Republic and of interest to practical health care are accepted for publication. Submitted material must be original and previously unpublished in other publications, to have uniqueness of the material not less than 75% when tested for anti-plagiarism (except clinical cases).

The article can be submitted in Kazakh, Russian and English. The materials are submitted in electronic form and on paper signed by the author (1 ex), the volume of the article is not less than 5 pages (text), including tables, figures.

The first page of the article should contain the following information: surname, name of the author, academic rank, degree and place of work (name of the organization without abbreviations), title, brief abstract with line spacing at a minimum (not less than 250 words), it must necessarily represent the purpose, methods, a brief description of the work and the results of the work, keywords should not be present abbreviations to be deciphered (if the text of the article is presented in Kazakh, the abstract should be in Russian and English, and Vice versa), then the text of the article.

The name of the material is printed in the middle of the sheet. Then there is the text that should be typed without hyphenation. When typing text, you must use the font Times New Roman, font size 12, spacing 1, margins: left 3 cm, top, right, and bottom –2 cm, font Size for headlines - 14, name the authors - 12, place of work 14, text - 12, for footnotes - 10.

Tables and figures should not exceed the size of the standard page. The names of the tables are shown above, and the captions to the figures – from below. Charts should be presented in “Microsoft Excel”, tables – only in “Microsoft Word”. Figures should be available for editing in the jpeg format. Literary sources in the text are indicated by the corresponding figure in square brackets and are listed as mentioned in the text.

At the end of the article is a list of literature compiled as mentioned in the text. The list of references should be in accordance with the formatting style bibliographic references GOST R 7.0.5 2008 "Bibliographic reference". The date of publication, year and number of the Bulletin must be indicated in the references to patents and copyright certificates. Be sure to include descriptions of the source of the link DOI (if available).

After the text of the article references in capital letters and bold in 12 font, a short summary in Kazakh (ТҮЙІН) and English (SUMMARY).

A separate page contains additional information about each author necessary for processing the journal in the Russian science citation index, Kiberlenka and for the table of contents: surname, name, patronymic, academic degree, full name of the organization, its address with the index, telephone, Fax, e-mail address, title of the article and full name in English and Kazakh languages (for the table of contents).

Abbreviations in the text of works, except for conventional ones, are deciphered at the first mention or given a separate list.

The editorial Board reserves the right to edit. Articles made without these requirements will not be considered and will not be returned to the author.
