ПРОБЛЕМА ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОГО ВЫГОРАНИЯ В ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ МЕДИЦИНСКИХ РАБОТНИКОВ (ОБЗОР)

Аннотация: Профессиональное выгорание - это синдром, развивающийся на фоне хронического стресса и ведущий к истощению эмоционально-энергетических и личностных ресурсов работающего человека. Доказано, что наибольшему риску развития синдрома профессионального выгорания подвержены представители сферы медицинских услуг. Выгорание начинает формироваться еще в медицинской школе, продолжается в течение всего периода резидентуры и, наконец, выплескивается в повседневной жизни практикующих врачей. Для лучшего понимания проблемы профессионального выгорания медицинских работников был проведен обзор литературных данных.
